Office Policies

Appointment Policy

Your scheduled appointment is reserved specifically for your child.  Please inform us at least 24 hours in advance if you must change your appointment.  If 24 hours notice is not given, a fee will be charged.

Graduation Policy

Since our focus is on pediatrics, we will graduate your child from our practice as he/she completes high school.  We will facilitate a transition to a general (adult) dentist to ensure continuity of care. 

Payment Policy

Fees are due and payable when services are rendered.  We accept cash, check, Visa and Mastercard.  For our patients with dental insurance, our office will provide you with an itemized statement of services rendered to attach to your insurance claim form.
